Too Many Words for Wordless Wednesday

So, it’s Wordless Wednesday…and this is a blog, not a video.  And the thing is, I’ve got video – we went out on Sunday and I got some great video!  But I’ve sat down to edit the video together twice.  And I just can’t do it.  I know my videos aren’t perfect, but I put a lot of effort into cutting them together into something that I’m proud to put out there for you guys.  And I just can’t do it today.  It’s not coming together in a way that doesn’t make me look at it in great disgust and wish it was a painting so that I could rip the canvas from its frame and throw it on the ground in a wonderfully dramatic snit.

Okay, maybe I don’t actually want to do that.  I don’t know, I’ve never painted, so I’ve never had a dramatic snit involving canvas. But it sounds good, doesn’t it?  I’ve once ripped up a story I was working on and it was rather cathartic, so I imagine it would be similar.  But I digress.  I insist upon things being as good as I can make them before I put them out to you guys.  And that’s not happening today.  I guess I caught a bug, because my brain is still only firing on, like, one cylinder.  Writing on one cylinder?  Easy peasy.  Words are simple for me.  Cutting together video and stuff?  Nope.  Nopenopenope.  So, instead, I’ll promise you a video next week. If you want to follow me on YouTube, you can watch the video as soon as I post it, which will likely be next Tuesday at the latest.

So for now, I leave you with this awesome music video for a song Sir Joshimus Rex told me about today because it reminds him of us.  I love that man.
