In the distance,
A thrumming rhythm grows.
And in the east,
A mighty wind blows.
This is the coming,
Of the balancer of worlds.
This is her calling,
To all that wakened before.
A lovely creature,
Dwelling in light and night.
A solitary soul,
Who claims neither as her right.
She brings peace,
As she walks these worlds.
Connecting those,
Whose worlds draw away.
Unfortunately for us,
She cannot ever stay.
So away she flies,
With the setting of the sun,
And falls like rain,
Into the arms of the one.
The only one to tie her down.
The only one to share her crown.
The only one to follow her, To the worlds in which she walks.
